China’s New AI Algorithm Improves Data Transmission Speed
According to the reporter from Southwest University, the research team of the university published a low-quality mass recovery model, theory and algorithm based on binary quantization, which helps to improve the speed and accuracy of large-scale data transmission, reduce hardware costs and achieve data transmission. However, due to the requirements of hardware cost and data transmission rate, the commonly used Low Quality Massive Recovery(LRTR) method cannot quantify the high accuracy of signals in the process of large-scale data transmission. The resulting quantization error has a significant impact on the system recovery performance. To solve this problem, Wang Jianjun’s research team proposed a poor quality reserve recovery model, theory and algorithm based on binary quantization. This is the principle of combining the binary measurement method with low-quality mass recovery, including the quantization process in the model for processing, effectively controlling the impact of quantization error on the system recovery performance, and making up for the defects of existing algorithms.
The test results show that the algorithm has achieved high restoration accuracy in practical applications such as face image restoration and multi spectral image restoration, and the obtained image data is clearer. The new algorithm reduces the hardware cost of data transmission, but also improves the data processing speed, making data transmission, compression and storage more efficient.
